Day 345 | Constellation

Prompt: Draw an imaginary constellation.

Annetta | Constellations have always been something that my mind can't quite grasp. I only know the big dipper really. The point of constellations I've never internalized. I picked the one that made the most sense to me. I don't know the name of it, but it looks like too people holding hands. PS. forgive me for my ugly page, this one was a challenge for me. I did decorate it with pretty things for the picture.

Stephanie | I liked the idea of flowers in the sky. Not sure if there are any currently, so I attempted to make a flower/rose constellation. Didn't turn out how I pictured, but I guess its true to real constellations where you have to use your imagination to see the picture.

Day 344 | Weather

Prompt: What is your ideal weather conditions?

Annetta | I am torn between warmth and sunshine or fog and moodiness. Those of those things inspire me greatly and I come alive in these weather conditions. There are benefits in both of them so choosing just one would be extra hard. There are, though, some days where I prefer the mysterious and moody fog over sunshine. If only fog brought warmth also!

Stephanie | My ideal weather is warm and sunny with the occasional puffy cloud and cool breeze. Not too hot that you get sweaty and sticky but warm enough that a jacket is not needed. Perfect beach weather.

Day 342 | Fashion

Prompt: What trends in fashion do you particularly like or dislike?

Annetta | I dislike boyfriend jeans, the trendy brimmed hats hipsters are into, I do like the beanies though. I'm loving the oversized knit scarves over coats, all things floral, statement necklaces are cool (I can't wear them do to allergies), love me some skinny jeans and leggings. I don't really follow fashion too much and anything can be made wearable and cute. My goal for 2015 is to follow fashion bloggers and instagramers to stay current in fashion trends. I did giggle at Stephanie's list and had to agree on many of them.

Stephanie | Likes for men: uniform (military), clean and washed, jeans and t-shirt, classic preppy (sweater over polo shirt). Likes for women: blazers, boots, classic/retro styles, cardigans, lace. Dislikes for men: saggy pants hanging way down, socks with sandals, crocks, unkept facial hair, tank tops with large arm holes, gold chain neckless, playboy or demeaning screen tees, overly tight skinny jeans, items that feminize men. Dislikes for women: high waisted pants with shirt tucked in, crop top shirts for plus size women, jogger pants, acid wash anything, gold stretch leggings.

Day 341 | Cabin

Prompt: Where would you have your cabin at, lake, beach, woods?

Annetta | I would have my cabin be my a lake, that's in the mountains surrounded by woods. It would be a remote location where in the winter there would be snow and ice skating on the lake. During the summer we could explore the woods and go for a swim. It would be a place that's surrounded by beauty and the perfect place where a photographer can really enjoy capturing that beauty.

Stephanie | I want my cabin to be tucked in the woods on a mountain surrounded by tall trees overlooking a beautiful lake. A great lake where my hubby can fish and my girls can swim. The property would be full of trees and flowers and decorated with a natural and rustic interior. Cozy, warm and inviting, a perfect place to get away.

Day 340 | Quiet Time Place

Prompt: Where is your favorite place to have quiet time?

Annetta | My bed in the morning where I do my prayers and then when no ones is around, the couch. I LOVE those two spots. For me, the couch is so cozy, soft and very comfortable. It also have a great view as I stitch, read or even watch movies. It's kinda like my retreat space.

Stephanie | I don't have a quiet space as I always have a little one with me, but when I need to have a break I usually retreat to my bed. Its not quiet but at least I can close the door for a few minuets and take a breath. Lately I have gotten into taking a bath at night before bed with soft music, candles and smelly bath salts I made. But I would consider my time waiting in the car or on the office couch at my daughters school my favorite quite time/place I have currently. I actually look forward to this time. While my surroundings are still busy and sometimes noisy, its time I get for myself to read and stitch while my little one plays games on my phone.

Day 339 | Performed

Prompt: Share a time when you performed in front of an audience.

Annetta | I'm not much of a singer, dancer or actress. My performances are rare, few and far in-between. I have taught a class on Instagram before to more then 50 ladies. I wouldn't call that a 'performance', but I did have an audience. It was a little nerve wracking, but rewarding.

Stephanie |  I am not a performer, I like to watch others, its out of my comfort zone to have the spot light on me, I avoid it at all costs. However, I think there is a performer in me somewhere, deep down. Deep, deep, deep down. But she stays hidden. But I have performed a few time, in my younger days. When I was in elementary school I performed in the choir and bell choir performances, and in 5th grade I performed a skit in the talent show. In middle school, my grandma put on a production called 'Wannabe Theater', which was basically a talent show for adults, one year I got brave enough to sing with a friend during the show. In High School I performed with my choir at our concerts and when we went to competitions. And I also participated in Solo/Ensemble which is a competitive event, but was requited to letter in choir (the only thing I lettered in in High School).
